Welcome to Meadow Equine Practice

We a small family run ambulatory equine veterinary practice based at the renowned sport horse stud, Meadow Stud, in the small village of Birdwood just outside of Gloucester. The practice has been based at it's current location for almost 20 years and operates in conjunction with the Meadow Stud in overseeing it’s A.I and foaling services.

We provide services to our clients across the western counties of England and the Welsh bordering areas, namely Herefordshire, North Gloucestershire, West Worcestershire, South Shropshire and the Welsh bordering areas of Powys and Monmouthshire. This equates to a work radius of approximately 40 miles, but we do on a regular basis travel outside of this radius to consult on and undertake work in the field of equine stud medicine.
